We are opposite Starbucks and next to Backdoor on the corner of Hinemoa and Tutanekai Streets (where the old City Focus once was).

Our Rotorua audiology clinic offers a range of services including:
1. Free hearing checks for anyone aged 18 or older
2. Tinnitus management
3. Free hearing aid trials (including subscription or 'Pay As You Hear' hearing aids
4. Many other services (no matter how big or small)

Everyone’s hearing is different which is why we stock a wide range of hearing aid brands to make sure you have the right device for your needs. Phonak, Unitron, Oticon and Starkey are a few examples of the key brands we stock. We also offer rechargeable hearing aids

Our Rotorua clinic does not have designated parking. There is parking available on the surrounding streets, but it is limited so please familiarise yourself with the area ahead of your appointment. If you have limited mobility we can assist you into the clinic which is wheel chair friendly - there is a small area at the front to pull in to drop clients off.
